TRiBIZA YOGA FOR TRIATHLETES
Ibiza is the Yoga capital of the world these days with some excellent Yoga retreats in the summer and some amazing yoga teachers both visiting and resident on the island.
Everybody seems to agree *see links below* that Yoga is an excellent complement to Triathlon in all sorts of ways including flexibility, strength, injury prevention and providing an often well deserved rest from the gruelling training schedule but few Triathletes partake regularly.

- Tri Yoga the DVD
- Iron Yoga (we kid you not!! :)
We have been working with two of the Island's best teachers to provide a perfectly tailored yoga session for Triathletes targeting known weak areas, and and are striving to remove some of the "eastern mysticism" from Yoga to make it a little more accessible to those of us who are not really like that :)
.. and we think we have the routines just about right.

"Liliana's new Tri Yoga workout is amazing, it sorted me right out..."
