TRIBIZA...

Are resident on Ibiza year-round and we know everybody worth knowing. We can also any of the following services for tired bodies:

TRiBIza TeRMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 Booking and Payment

  • Bookings must be confirmed in writing by completing our booking form, either in signed hard copy by post or fax, or by email and returning to us. In the case of email bookings we require verbal confirmation and receipt of deposit before your booking is confirmed.
  • In the case of group bookings a Group Representative must be designated, and is responsible for all communication between your party & Tribiza.
  • Once we have confirmed receipt of the booking form and deposit, a contract will come into effect as detailed in the booking conditions below. Bookings will only be confirmed once the deposit is received, at which point we will issue your confirmation invoice, which should be checked carefully upon receipt.
  • In the case of any telephone booking made within 10 weeks of departure and where payment is made by credit or debit card by phone or via the website, a contract shall come into existence effective immediately we verbally confirm the booking.
  • In the case of individuals the deposit payable is 25% of the total holiday cost, or €250, whichever sum is greater and is payable at the time of the booking.
  • In the case of Group Bookings the deposit payable is 15% of the total holiday cost.
  • The deposit is in respect of Tribiza Services only and does not apply to Flight bookings if we are handling these for you. *See Flight Bookings below.
  • If you are paying by bank transfer we can offer a 1% “cashback” payment on the total cost of the package, payable on your immediate arrival at the camp. Please indicate your intention to take up this offer at time of booking.
  • Your final payment is due 60 days before departure. Bookings made within 60 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • In the case of payments not received within this timescale we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and cancellation charges may apply (see below).

 

1.2 Flights

  • Flights will be booked with ATOL holders for whom we act as agents only.
  • Flights are subject to the carrier’s booking conditions as detailed in their own separate Terms & Conditions.
  • All services offered by Tribiza are clearly understood to be provided under a separate contract from the flight arrangements, and will be separately invoiced.

 

1.3 Your liability to Tribiza

  • You the customer, undertake to conduct yourself and your party in such a manner as not to cause any damage, danger, injury or distress to yourselves, other clients, any property, our employees and/or any third party.
  • The contract of any customer in breach of this clause shall be terminated immediately and Tribiza shall have no further contractual obligation to such persons.
  • We reserve the right to recover the cost of any damages caused by breach of this clause.

 

1.4 Cancellations and alterations

  • Should you need to cancel or amend all or any part of your booking, the Group Representative must advise us immediately in writing. Cancellation charges are detailed below and are applicable from receipt of your written notification.

  • We must reserve the right to cancel your holiday. In the extremely unlikely event of this happening we will refund all monies paid by you in respect of your package. We cannot be held responsible for any other costs or expenses incurred by you in this case.

 

1.5 Force Majeure

  • We regret that we cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances outside of our control and amounting to ‘force majeure'.
  • Such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to:
  • War or threat of war, civil unrest, terrorist activity or threat of such, natural disaster, fire, industrial action or disruption, weather, transportation problems, government action or any similar events beyond our company's control.

 

1.6 Travel Insurance

  • In order for us to accept your booking you must be in possession of adequate travel, medical and cancellation insurance for all party members. We are happy to arrange this for you on request.

 

1.7 Web site accuracy

  • We have taken great care in the production of our web site and packages, and are very confident of your total satisfaction however we regret that we cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside of our control.

 

1.8 Complaint

  • In the unlikely event that you should have a complaint about your holiday, you should report it immediately to a company representative in the resort, and also to the supplier of the service in question.
  • You must specify in writing all the relevant details in order for us to undertake a thorough investigation.
  • If the matter cannot be resolved and you wish to take it up on your return we must be notified in writing within 28 days of returning from your holiday.
  • The company cannot accept liability in respect of any claims not reported to Tribiza at the time of the incident.
  • This contract is in compliance with, and does not affect your statutory rights.
